    Gina’s Balloon Decor proudly serves all of Madison County and the North Alabama area. Our studio is located in Madison, Alabama, with delivery available at a flat rate within 20 miles. For events outside that radius, delivery and setup are calculated based on distance and event needs.

    I’m outside of the Huntsville area, can we still work together?

    Absolutely! Out-of-town events require a minimum order of $1,500, with additional travel-related fees (such as mileage, setup, accommodations, or truck rental) applied on a case-by-case basis.

    With 18 years of experience, 10 of which have been serving the Huntsville and Madison area, I’ve had the joy of creating extraordinary events that celebrate life’s biggest moments. As the premier balloon decor company in Huntsville, Alabama, I strive to bring creativity, modern designs, and beautiful details to every event I create, helping families, companies, and businesses celebrate life’s special moments stress-free.

    I recommend booking your event 2 to 4 months in advance to secure your date. Depending on my availability, shorter notice may still be possible.

    For larger events or those during peak seasons like May, June, and December (graduations and holidays), it’s best to reach out even earlier to make sure your date is reserved.

    Yes, I do! At Gina’s Balloon Decor, the minimum order for balloon decorations is $500 for new clients and $350 for repeat clients, plus delivery, setup, and tax.

    For out-of-town events, the minimum order is $1,500. Additional travel-related fees, such as mileage, setup, accommodations, or truck rental will be applied on a case-by-case basis.
