This business started by decorating for my oldest son’s 1st birthday party in 2007! In 2009, I quit corporate and made Gina’s Balloon Decor my full-time job.

In fact, Gina’s Balloon Décor celebrated 15 YEARS IN BUSINESS in April 2022.

The air-filled balloons usually last for weeks when they are set up inside, away from direct sunlight. Our helium-filled balloons are always treated with Hi-Float treatment to increase the floating time and can last up to 3-5 days (sometimes longer).

 I’m the only certified balloon artist (CBA) in Huntsville, AL. This means, I’ve taken and passed tests – both oral and practical exams – from the world’s leading balloon manufacturer to demonstrate my knowledge of industry standards. 

Why does this matter to you? Well, I can fit my decor into unique spaces, and it stays secure. (For example, if you don’t want the balloons to blow away during your outdoor event, I’m your gal!) I know which balloons and colors are best for outdoor events to lessen the chances of them popping. I understand the importance of customer service and how to create a unique, one-of-a-kind design for your event. To sum it up, I know balloons because I’ve studied them! 

Gina’s Balloon Decor provides balloon-decorating services to all of Madison County and the North Alabama area. Our studio is located in Madison, Alabama. Deliveries include a flat rate charged within 20 miles of the studio and locations outside the area are charged according to distance.

I live out of the area. Can you still work with me?

Absolutely! I travel as far as a client has the budget for! The minimum order for events out of town is $1,500. Travel fees for mileage, setup fee, accommodations, truck rental, etc., will be applied on a case-by-case basis.

I recommend booking as early as 2 to 4 months in advance prior to your event date. You may be able to book within a shorter period depending on my availability.

If your event is on the large side or during peak graduation/holiday season (May, June, December), definitely reach out sooner to ensure that your event date is still available.

Yes, I do! Gina’s Balloon Decor minimum order for balloon decorations is $350 plus delivery, setup fee and tax.

The minimum order for events out of town is $1,500. Travel fees for mileage, setup fee, accommodations, truck rental, etc., will be applied on a case-by-case basis.
