A Delivery & Installation Fee will be added to all orders.
A removal/clean-up service fee is charged when we return to tear down the decor (pop, pop, pop) and retrieve our equipment. (*This is not required for all events)
All embellishments and framework are property of Gina’s Balloon Décor and these items will be collected during the teardown of the event. The customer is fully responsible for providing timely access to the event area for strike and teardown. Should all equipment and materials not be available to retrieve from the location, the customer will be responsible for the replacement costs of the missing equipment or material. We use only the highest quality products and make every possible effort to ensure that your décor will meet or exceed your expectations. However, due to the general nature of balloons, we cannot guarantee that your balloons will remain perfect and intact when used outdoors. Some balloons will occasionally deflate sooner than expected and will also be adversely affected by wind, rain, rough handling, extreme heat and other uncontrollable factors. The best time for outdoor events, due to the hot or cold weather is between October and May. Usually, we do not work outdoor events during the summer months (June-September), since the hot weather makes the balloons explode easily.
All outdoor performances must be conducted in a safe manner and there must be an indoor rain contingency plan. In the event of cancellation without such a contingency, the customer agrees to compensate Gina’s Balloon Decor with the full payment.
On the off chance that the sun is shining bright enough to cause any damage, it’s worth noting that if left in the sun, the balloon can start to fade.
If it’s super hot, then be sure to know the balloon may pop.
Float Time (Helium)
11 Inch Latex (inc. Confetti Filled) Balloons: the standard party balloon will stay floating for 8 – 10 hours, with Hi-Float treatment the floating time increase for 18 – 24 hours.
3 Foot Latex Giant Balloons: our Giant Balloons float for 24 – 36 hours, with Hi-Float treatment the floating time increase for 24 hours up to 1 week.
3 Foot Latex Giant Confetti Balloons: our Giant Confetti Balloons float for 24 – 36 hours, however they begin to cloud after 12 – 24 hours.
We recommend that you use Hi-Float on your latex balloons to give them an increased lease of life. Hi-Float will triple the amount of time stated above, however it does not work on Confetti Filled Balloons. Hi-Float + Confetti = gooey balloon mess.

Our Air-Filled products such as organic balloon garlands, arches, balloon columns, centerpieces, and many others will last for weeks!
Balloons can cause a choking hazard and once the balloons have been delivered Gina’s Balloon Decor no longer accepts any liability, children should be monitored to ensure they do not suck helium or swallow balloon particles. Balloons in swimming pools can damage the filter system and Gina’s Balloon Decor does not assume any responsibility for pool equipment if damaged.
